Quality assured at every stage
Although clamps are often a small and inexpensive part of the overall equipment package within which they are included, their functionality and reliability are paramount to the performance of the system as a whole. For this reason, Teconnex operates a stringent quality assurance system, which ensures that scrupulous attention to detail is built in at every stage of design and manufacture.

Computer Aided Design
Computer Aided Design and database techniques are used to ensure that effective and efficient designs are generated. Where necessary, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques can be applied to optimise clamp design, prior to prototype design verification using comprehensive in-house test facilities. Following design completion, design and manufacturing details are entered into the integrated business system and customer requirements are added to generate materials and manufacturing demand.

Materials
All materials used by Teconnex are certified and manufacturing quality is monitored throughout using a combination of in-process and final inspection/testing.

Accreditation
Accredited to BS.EN.IS09000, which incorporates TS157 aircraft accreditation, Teconnex has achieved QS9000, ISO9001 (2000), AS9100 (2003), ISO 14001 and we are currently working towards TS16949. Teconnex also holds a number of second party manufacturing approvals from an impressive, world-class customer base.

Environment Policy
Teconnex is a light engineering company, manufacturing clamps for Engine and Vehicle manufacture, Marine, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas Production, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Water treatment, Aerospace and Power systems industries. The company has the capability and capacity to meet the demands of customers around the world and fifty percent of it’s production is exported.

The company is committed to complying with all legal requirements, the prevention of pollution and the continual improvement of it’s impact(s) on the environment. Management of its activities, products and services will be through an Environmental Management System and encompasses all activities at the Keighley site.

There will be a strong emphasis on minimising waste as well as high standards of storage. Teconnex shall also promote the efficient use of resources, energy and materials. The policy will be reviewed annually and the objectives, targets and the environmental management system updated as necessary. The policy will be communicated to all employees and contractors working on site.
